On February 2, 2021, HEC Group and Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Hengjian") formally reached a strategic cooperation. Guangdong Hengjian strategically invested in Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine Lake Pharma” through its Guangdong Advanced Manufacturing Fund with an investment amount of RMB 600 million and has completed the industrial and commercial change and payment procedures. This time, Guangdong Hengjian, as one of the cornerstone investors and leading investors, actively participated in this round of financing of Sunshine Lake Pharma by introducing strategic investors, which shows Guangdong Hengjian's high recognition of Sunshine Lake Pharma's strength, value and future development. This marks a major progress in the introduction and securitization work of TOC Research.
