On May 30-31, 2021, the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors of HEC was successfully held at the Ulanchap base in Inner Mongolia.
Group Chairman Zhang Yushuai, Rotating Chairman of the Board Deng Xinhua, Directors Tang Xinfa, Lu Yuxin, Zhu Yingwei, Zhang Hongwei attended the meeting, Group Supervisors Hu Zhidong, Zhou Lin, Wei Cailiang, Research Institute Zhang Yingjun, Li Wenjia, Huang Fangfang, Ulanchap Base General Manager Zhang Guangmang attended the meeting Meeting.
The board of directors of the group held discussions with the Ulanchap municipal government and the Jining district government on the industrial development of HEC in Ulanchap. The leaders of Ulanchap City warmly welcomed the arrival of the HEC management team, fully affirmed the group's contribution to the local economic development, and expressed their full support for the industrial development of HEC in Ulanchap.
The board of directors listened to the reports of the Institute of New Drugs, the Institute of Biopharmaceuticals and the Institute of Generic Drugs of the Research Institute on management reform; listened to the reports on the management of various industries, reviewed and approved the relevant industry plans; listened to the progress report of the remuneration reform working group on the reform of the remuneration system of the group company, and the progress report of the share reform office on the implementation and incentive work of the group company's equity.
The rotating chairman reported to the board of directors the key work plan and implementation schedule during the rotation period, which was reviewed and approved by the board of directors.
